Serve at Edgewater Senior Care Center
If you have a heart for serving senior citizens you'll love serving at Edgewater. Twice monthly, our volunteers go and prepare a church service for the seniors at this facility. We need people who care about seniors, are willing to help serve communion and more. Join Trina and the team Sunday, May 31; June 14 and June 28; at 2pm. |
Kids Adventure Potluck Fundraiser
Sunday, June 7 after church we're having a potluck fundraiser for our summer kids program, Kids Adventure! Sign up to bring something delicious to share, then plan on staying for lunch after on the patio! |
Family Movie Night
Saturday, June 13 the Kids Ministry is having a family movie night! Come join the fun from 7-9pm as we meet to watch "A Bug's Life." |
Father's Day Float-Raise
In effort to continue raising funding for our summer kids outreach program, Kids Adventure, join us with your pops after church Sunday, June 21 for floats on the patio!

Serve at the LB Rescue Mission
Join the crew serving at the Long Beach Rescue Mission this month on Saturday, June 27 starting at 5pm. Volunteers meet at the Mission at 5pm to prepare and serve the residents dinner. Services lasts until about 7pm. Contact Lynne for more details. |
It's A Baptism!
Sunday, June 28 we're having a baptism! If you're considering taking a next step in your faith, this is a great opportunity. Contact the office to signup. Class is at 1pm Sunday, June 28; following at 3pm is the baptism. Invite your friends and family to celebrate with us! Light snacks and swim time afterwords. |

Esther's Heart
Ladies of all ages are invited to join Esther’s Heart, our Women’s Ministry, Saturday, June 6 at 10am. We’ll be meeting at Bluff Park, at the end of Junipero Avenue in Long Beach. Wear a sun hat and bring a drink, your beach chair, and $2 to cover snacks. If you’d like to carpool, meet in the church parking lot at 9:40am. Invite a friend! |
